Registration Now Open: Canada’s Leading Practice Facilitation Program
Primary care teams are working hard to adapt to growing demands, improve patient experience, and maintain a healthy, resilient workforce. Our upcoming Practice Facilitation Program, delivered in partnership with Amplify Care and Health Innovation Group, is designed to help practices build the internal capacity needed to continuously improve and thrive.
The next cohort begins February 4, 2026 — and registration is now open.
Why Practice Facilitation?
Practice facilitation is an evidence-based approach that helps primary care teams optimize workflows, strengthen internal systems, and lead quality improvement (QI) efforts that deliver lasting results.
With this training, participants learn to:
- Engage teams in applying QI methods that lead to measurable improvements.
- Introduce and test evidence-based changes in real practice settings.
- Improve workflow efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
- Build a resilient practice culture that adapts to change.
- Advance toward the Quintuple Aim—better care, improved experience, healthier teams, equity, and cost-effectiveness.
Research shows that practices using facilitation are three times more likely to implement evidence-based changes and can see up to a 40% return on investment.
About the Program
Accredited by the Canadian Nurses Association (28 credits), this program includes 35 hours of synchronous learning, hands-on mentorship, and access to practical tools you can apply immediately.
Participants choose a real-world project and learn how to improve areas such as access, tracking systems, workload distribution, and patient care processes.
Two delivery options are available:
- Virtual: 100% online, instructor-led
- Hybrid: In-person + virtual options by request
Who should join?
Clinicians, nurse practitioners, office managers, digital health specialists, and change management professionals seeking to strengthen QI skills and support sustainable improvement.
Be Part of a Growing Network of Primary Care Leaders
We’re excited to be partnering with Health Innovation Group to bring this leading program to teams across Canada. More details about upcoming virtual and hybrid offerings will be shared soon.
