Dr. Winnie Lee is a physician leader, radiologist, and educator who is known for her clinical excellence, transformative leadership, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. She currently serves as Chief of Staff and Chief of Diagnostic Imaging at Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH), where she has held progressive leadership roles and guided the hospital through major initiatives including digital health integrations, system-wide quality improvements, and the COVID-19 pandemic response.
