Ocean eReferral to EMHware

Amplify Care and EMHware have partnered to allow healthcare clinicians to send and receive patient referrals electronically (eReferrals) using the EMHware client management software.

Referral senders can initiate referrals from EMHware and send these to healthcare specialists and organizations receiving referrals using the Ocean Healthmap.

Mental health care organizations with listings in the Ocean Healthmap can receive, review, accept or decline eReferrals directly within EMHware. 

Third party privacy and security assessment were conducted for this integration, as requested by Amplify Care.

The eReferral component of the Ontario eServices Program is managed by Amplify Care and funded by Ontario Health.

The Ocean eReferral Network is owned and operated by OceanMD, a Well Health company.

EMHware is owned and operated by EMHware Software Inc.
