With a career spanning over 15 years in healthcare, Kaye Balajadia’s professional journey has been dedicated to improving patient care, driving system-wide innovation, and bringing care closer to home. Her background as a nurse provided a foundational understanding of patient needs and clinical operations, which she has since built upon through various executive leadership roles. Her most recent roles include Executive Director of Virtual Health at Provincial Health Services Authority in British Columbia as well as Vice President of Patient Services and Chief Nursing Executive at Lake of the Woods District Hospital in Ontario, where she spearheaded significant local and provincial improvements Kaye’s specialization lies in strategic healthcare leadership, change management, and clinical operations, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology and data to create meaningful improvements. She holds an Executive MBA in Innovation and Health Administration and currently completing her PhD in Health Quality.
