Work With HEAL to Identify the Workflow Challenges That Matter Most

We’ve been talking about what AI-powered solutions could mean for current workflows in healthcare. Now, we want to hear from the people who know those workflows best: clinicians and primary care teams.

Last week, we told you about how our Healthcare Experience and Advancement Lab (HEAL) team is bringing primary care clinicians and teams together for a free, hands-on workshop to experiment with vibe-coding tools and explore how they might help address real workflow challenges.

But you don’t have to attend the workshop to help shape what we explore.

We’re asking clinicians to take a few minutes to complete a short poll about the workflow challenges you’d most like AI-powered vibe coding to address.

Maybe there’s a repetitive administrative task that takes up too much of your day. Maybe information is difficult to organize or find. Maybe there’s a team process that works, but feels unnecessarily complicated.

We want to know what frustrates you, slows you down, or creates unnecessary work.

HEAL Poll

What’s the biggest pain point in your clinical workflow?

Your input will shape what comes next

We’ll use what we hear to help HEAL plan the upcoming vibe-coding sessions — including the September 24 workshop — and to identify opportunities for future hands-on sessions focused on other healthcare challenges.

The goal isn’t to build technology for technology’s sake. It’s to start with the problems that clinicians and care teams actually experience, and explore whether emerging tools can help.

And if your biggest workflow pain point doesn’t fit neatly into one of the five options above, that’s exactly why we’ve included Other. We want to hear about it.

Can’t make it on September 24?

We’d still love to hear from you.

Your perspective can help shape future HEAL workshops and potentially inform opportunities to bring hands-on innovation sessions to communities across Ontario through partnerships with Ontario Health Teams (OHTs), Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and other healthcare partners.

Have a workflow challenge? Tell HEAL about it and let’s work together on a solution.

The Healthcare Experience and Advancement Lab (HEAL) is an initiative of Amplify Care focused on exploring, testing and advancing new approaches to healthcare delivery alongside the people who experience these challenges firsthand.
