About Kim
Kim Lynch has a long and impactful record of accomplishments, having worked in Ontario health care for more than 35 years. She has worked across the system in a variety of leadership roles and settings, including acute care, rehabilitation, and complex care, planning, project management, information management and technology, communications, and change management. She has led teams focused on change management and adoption in large-scale, multi-organizational IT implementations, as well as managed marketing and strategic communications and rebranding projects in numerous health care organizations. Kim is committed to collaboration and high customer service standards, ensuring that clinicians are well supported throughout the change process. She is deeply vested in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with health system partners to advance digital health initiatives provincially and nationally.
