Megan Joy Stowe is a respected leader in digital health and clinical informatics, currently serving as Chief of Regional Digital Solutions at the Provincial Health Services Authority. With over 20 years of experience across BC’s major health authorities, she has led transformative initiatives in virtual care, clinical systems, and quality improvement, driving meaningful change in healthcare delivery. As an adjunct professor at UBC’s School of Nursing, Megan teaches Health Informatics Technology in the Master of Health Administration program and mentors MHA capstone students. She was recognized as a 2021 Woman Leader by Digital Health Canada and currently serves on their Chief Advisory Board, contributing to national strategy and innovation in digital health. She serves as Vice Chair of the Board for the YMCA in British Columbia and recently joined the Board of Amplify Care, drawn to their bold vision of reimagining care models to better serve marginalized communities through innovation, equity, and compassion.
