At Amplify Care, we believe meaningful change in healthcare happens through strong partnerships. We work closely with like-minded organizations across the healthcare ecosystem to design, implement, and scale solutions that support clinicians, strengthen systems, and improve patient care. By combining shared expertise, innovative thinking, and a commitment to real-world impact, our partnerships enable us to deliver solutions that are practical, trusted, and aligned with the evolving needs of healthcare organizations.

The CAN (Coordinated Accessible National) Health Network’s primary goals are to create economic prosperity by scaling Canadian technology companies and stimulate the creation of domestic Canadian jobs by helping companies overcome the structural barriers to doing this on their own.
We’ve partnered with the CAN Health Network to support the adoption of market-ready Canadian technology solutions that address real-world challenges in primary care, with our first initiative focused on connecting HealthOne with Tali AI.

Canada Health Infoway (CHI) works with governments, health care organizations, clinicians and patients to make healthcare more digital in order to facilitate faster, more seamless and secure information sharing. We’re an independent, not-for-profit organization funded by the federal government.
We’ve worked with Canada Health Infoway on several projects, including but not limited to the AI scribes evaluation with Doctors of BC, the AI scribe Vendor of Record (VOR), and the SMART on FHIR Community of Practice.

The Health Innovation Group (HIG) partners with health ministries, medical associations, health authorities, community organizations, and care networks across Canada and internationally. Their work spans primary care transformation, integrated health and social care models, digital health strategy, leadership development, and quality improvement at scale.
In collaboration with HIG, Amplify Care is offering the leading national Practice Facilitation training program to build capacity by teaching quality improvement (QI) methods and coaching to introduce, test and implement high-impact changes in primary healthcare.
We collaborate with Ontario Health Teams across the province to support integrated care initiatives and strengthen collaboration across primary care settings. Explore the OHTs we currently and previously have worked with.
