eReferral is a key initiative within Ontario’s digital health transformation mission and supports the province’s goal of a more connected, efficient and patient-centred health care system. With Ontario Health continuing to expand adoption province-wide, clinics that are not yet onboarded are encouraged to join us in advancing this mission.
Amplify Care’s eReferral Deployment Team will walk you through what’s new, deployment team support, the onboarding process and answer any questions you have about eReferral Ontario. An overview of the eReferral solution will also be provided.
