Dr. Scott Laing is a family physician based in Waterloo, Ontario. He has worked closely with the Amplify care team on numerous initiatives including Standardized Referral Forms, eReferral implementation, bots, Shield cybersecurity training, and Electronic Medical Record tools including Evidence to Practice. He is an adjunct faculty member with McMaster University and has published studies on Referral Forms, Health Service Delivery, EMR Clinical Decision Support. He has a strong passion for improving health service delivery, including provider and patient experiences. He also creates his own tools and workflows that are used within his daily clinical practice.
