About Tricia
Tricia Wilkerson is a passionate leader in digital health and integrated care who has spent her career transforming how patients, clinicians, and health systems connect. As Director of Integrated Care at Amplify Care, she looks for ways to improve coordinated, comprehensive and seamless care across health and community organizations. Her work is helping clinicians streamline their workflows, creating efficiencies that improve access to care, and enabling a more seamless experience for patients. In recognition of her impact, Tricia was named Community Care Leader of the Year by Digital Health Canada in 2025.
