Dr. Jennifer Bondy

Dr. Jennifer Bondy's clinical roles and experience include over a decade in family medicine as well as a dedication to providing medical services to people experiencing homelessness. Currently, Dr. Bondy is the medical director for Windsor Shelter Health, and practices at several shelters and drop-in centres for people experiencing homelessness in Windsor, Ontario. Aside from clinical practice, Dr. Bondy dedicates time to teaching and research through her roles as an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at University of Windsor and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Western. At Schulich Medicine, she is a member of the Academy of Educators, and the Course Lead for the Integrated Small Group Learning course, as well as the Academic Director of Undergraduate Family Medicine for the Windsor Campus. Aside from her work with Amplify Care, Dr. Bondy lends her time and expertise as a board member with the Ontario College of Family Physicians, and as a member of the Board of Health of the Windsor Essex County Health Unit. In 2025, she received a King Charles III Coronation Medal, and was named the Family Medicine Faculty of the Year at the Schulich Windsor Campus Awards of Excellence in 2023.
