About Alisha
Alisha is a dedicated leader who has worked at Amplify Care since 2013, supporting organization-wide processes and programs to build a people-first workplace that enables collaboration, wellbeing, and organizational excellence. As both a DEI Co-Lead and a Manager, People & Culture, Alisha leads key initiatives focused on fostering positive employee experiences and building an inclusive, high-performing culture where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected. She has been instrumental in the maturation of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work of Amplify Care, translating priorities into meaningful actions, practices, and learning opportunities embedded in day-to-day work at both the programmatic and organizational levels.
